I'm sorry but I just had to comment on your lovely lady at the till, I really wish I got her name. She was a very small, petite young lady with glasses and a black headscarf. Absolutely perfect customer service. Thank you Angel❤️

Waited ages for my order and eventually got up to ask what was happening and was met with a very rude tone from a gentleman that looked like the manager. Would say there’s awful customer service if there was customer service present to speak of. Argos is dying and it’s plain to see why.

I was dealt by a young lady named Samina. I ordered a toaster but had too many bags to carry it home. Samina kindly allowed me to leave my paid item behind the desk and said I can come back with my receipt anytime to pick up which I appreciated. I went back the next day to collect my item, the lady who dealt with me said she couldn't find the item and handed me back my receipt. Samina came over shortly afterwards and was very abrupt. She told me with a unpleasant tone that I was supposed to come back on the day to collect my stuff. I told her I wasn't told it had to be on the day and she very rudely denied this and said well you didn't come yesterday like you should have you have to now wait to get a call from my manager. This was not needed as if she told me that I had to come back on the same day I would have but she didn't inform of this. I believe this customer service I received to be very appalling and unprelofessional.

Worst customer service and they have a girl, she has polygraph software, she tells you straightway that if you are telling the truth or lying. She doesn’t know the basics of customer service and how to treat a human. Wishes for her.

The service that Argos and Samsung are providing customers, I purchased a Samsung galaxy S22 ultra from this branch and it was delivered to me 3 weeks ago, a week after purchasing it. Once I opened it I realised that the camera is completely faulty, you can't take a regular photo with it. Please see photos attached. Argos was closed for a couple of days so I couldn't take it back to the store earlier. I have since gone back to Argos several times only to be told each time that it will be collected from my address. Two weeks ago I was told the collection would be in 2 to 3 days and after travelling all the way to the store they refused to allow me to return the phone there and then, which is absolutely ridiculous since I bought the phone from there. A collection was arranged for yesterday, which we even called and confirmed, (04/10/2022) however no driver turned up to collect the phone once again. Disappointing service from Argos, I have been a customer for over 15 years but had never experienced such shocking customer service before.

Will my Princes and princesses that were trading there on the car was very helpful help with filling in my form even gave me advice on to save you money and not waste my money on mine another selling real family love very proud of the assistance there hope they were very polite very Curtis went by guidelines and was very helpful sending it all real family love my own Camden time you will love it the one in Camden town 👑👪🌍❤️🙏😇👼🌈🦸🌶️💫💪🏾🦉🌹🚿💖💞🤗🥰😘👍🏾

Worst customer service ever and they don’t even know their own policy. They don’t abide to consumer rights! I’ve purchased many items from them but I’ve noticed that every time I try to return an item they don’t accept it for return even though it’s within their policy to accept/returnable by consumer rights. When I take the items to another Argos store after being refused they always accept. I’ve even spoke to the manager after the sales assistant refuses to accept my return but he also refused, he stated that it’s not within their policy to accept returns for the item I purchased. I showed him the receipt, Argos’s online return policy to prove him wrong and even mentioned that no return was not mentioned apon purchased but he still refused and disregarded my evidence without having a look. They are all clearly incompetent, good thing they are planning to close!

I wish I could give you a 0 rating. I bought a handheld vacuum cleaner and a hdd. The package was loose so I asked if it was a return product. The girl on the tilt was super confident and said it’s all the package like that and no it’s mot a return product. so i didn’t open it there and came home. Guess what? when i opened it it was filthy and rubbish stuck inside clearly an used one! I am going to return it tomorrow. You should not keep the return item on store and sell it to people. Another thing I just checked the price on Asda for the vacuum cleaner guess what it’s £20 cheaper there! just wow.
